Description | People in Japan have a hard time picking a good leader to assume the post of prime minister out of a list of 11 names, according to a poll by Yomiuri. 14.4 per cent of respondents think former head of government Junichiro Koizumi would be the most suitable choice for leading the country.
Current leader of the opposition Democratic Party of Japan (DPJ) Ichiro Ozawa is second with 13.7 per cent, followed by Yoichi Masuzoe of the governing Liberal Democratic Party (LDP), and current prime minister and LDP leader Taro Aso with 4.7 per cent.
