DescriptionIf the State Comptroller is trailing Fitzgerald, then the other candidates must be trailing by double-digits.

This goes to show that Democratic assertions that Fitzgerald was finished were nothing more than wishful thinking.

If you ask me, Fitzgerald could easily be re-elected. Why? Because he and the GOP establishment in Illinois hate each other. Considering the current estimate of the state GOP by most Illinois residents, Fitzgerald is probably strengthened by a hostile relationship.

I'd say this one leans to Fitzgerald.
