| Description | CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Former Gov. Cecil Underwood has died.
Underwood, 86, died late this morning at Charleston Area Medical Center's Memorial Hospital, his daughter Sharon said.
He had been admitted Sunday for chest congestion and doctors found he had experienced some slight bleeding in his brain, she said.
