ALBANY - In what could be his first clash with Mayor Bloomberg, the likely new state Senate majority leader Friday vowed not to block a bill requiring a referendum on term limits.
Sen. Malcolm Smith made the comments in an off-the-record breakfast with City Hall News.
A source who attended the breakfast said Smith indicated he will bring up the measure for a vote. |
