| Description | Contrary to previous reports, Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin will not take a bus tour of West Virginia on Sunday, according to the head of the state McCain-Palin campaign.
Ben Beakes said Palin would fly into Huntington, then cross the Ohio River into Ohio and take a bus tour through that state on Sunday.
The Alaska governor is scheduled to hold a rally in St. Clairsville, Ohio, just across the Ohio River from Wheeling, at 6 p.m. Sunday.
Palin is scheduled to make a similar bus tour in Pennsylvania on Saturday, and was rumored to be making an appearance on the "Saturday Night Live" TV show in New York that night. |
