| Description | Authorities confirm that two bodies pulled from the waters off of Los Angeles are the missing brother of two Southern California congresswomen and his girlfriend.
Officials from the Coast Guard and the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department today confirmed that the bodies recovered by divers are 51-year-old Henry Sanchez and 48-year-old Penny Avila.
Sanchez is the brother of U.S. Reps. Loretta and Linda Sanchez.
