| Description | Be sure to check out the new Nashville McCain-Palin Headquarters on Saturday, where according to the Tennessean:
Nashville's volunteer McCain/Palin campaign headquarters will hold a grand opening celebration at 10 a.m. Saturday.
The headquarters, at 2035 Richard Jones Road in Green Hills, has been open for a week, but its organizers, Nashville Republican Women, have invited local political figures over to celebrate the launch.
The event will feature live entertainment from the Redd Hot Mamas, appearances by U.S. Rep. Marsha Blackburn of Brentwood and other local Republican representatives, along with refreshments and campaign speeches from local candidates.
Longtime Nashvillians will remember that this is the former home of Burger King. Looks like Whoppers are available in Green Hills again! |
