Description | No one seems to think it is too early to talk about 2010, so I do that here from time to time.
When U.S. Rep. Stephanie Herseth Sandlin first said several months ago that she would look at the governor's race in 2010, strategists in both parties began to consider the effect on the race. A first reaction was that this would affect state Senate Minority Leader Scott Heidepriem's plans to run for governor. His friends contended he would rather be in the U.S. House of Representatives anyway.
So where does Heidepriem stand? Run for re-election in the state Senate, run for governor or run for U.S. House? |
