DescriptionWhether he's planning on running against Obama, or trying to knock him out, or both, he delivered a sharp passing assault on Obama in his victory speech tonight:

He said of Obama that he would fight to be sure "Americans are not deceived by an eloquent but empty call for change."

He called Obama "inexperienced," and said he "once suggested bombing our ally, Pakistan" and "sittting down without precondition or clear purpose with enemies" who support terror and threaten Israel.
