| Description | Former Gov. Booth Gardner plans to file his death with dignity initiative Wednesday.
The measure, called the Washington Death With Dignity Initiative, will be based on Oregon's law and, according to the advisory, would "allow mentally competent adults diagnosed as terminally ill with six months or less to live, the option of self-administering life ending medication." |
