| Description | THERMOPOLIS, Wyo. (AP) Sen. John Barrasso married Bobbi Brown on Tuesday in Thermopolis.
Barrasso, R-Wyo., announced his engagement to Brown, a Thermopolis native, this summer. Brown had served as state director for the late Sen. Craig Thomas for nearly 17 years.
Barrasso was selected to succeed Thomas in June by Gov. Dave Freudenthal. Before joining the Senate, Barrasso served as a senator in the Wyoming Legislature and worked as an orthopedic surgeon in Casper.
Both Barrasso and Brown have children from previous marriages. Their children participated in the wedding service. |
