| Description | Utah County Commissioner Gary Herbert will officially add his name today to the list of Republican candidates bidding to take over popular three-term incumbent Mike Leavitt's job.
"There are a lot of Goliaths out there, and clearly I'm cast in the role as David," said Herbert, 56, a resident of Orem.
