Twice-elected State Delegate Jill Carter formally announced she's running for mayor of Baltimore City. She's best known for her vocal opposition to police tactics and calls to re-regulate the energy industry.
"It's not the fault of Constellation BGE. It's the fault of elected officials that failed to remember they are charged with serving the public interest," she said. |
