DescriptionWith less than a week to go before Saturday's runoff election for the District 3 Dallas City Council seat, both candidates are working hard to get their message out – and voters to the polls.

Dave Neumann and Joseph G. Hernandez said they have walked most of the Oak Cliff, Mountain Creek and West Dallas neighborhoods that make up the district.
