Description | U.S. forces stormed the house of Sadr's office head in Shiite Sadr City, in eastern Baghdad, on Thursday, and confiscated some computers from the house, Sadr's office said.
"U.S. forces today at dawn smashed in the front door and stormed the house of Sheikh Abdel Zahra al-Suidi, head of Sadr's office in Sadr City," a source from Sadr's office told the independent news agency Voices of Iraq (VOI).
The forces confiscated some personal computers from the house, which was empty of its occupants when U.S. troops came in, the source said.
The source could not say the cause behind the raid, while the U.S. army so far has made no comment on the incident.
