DescriptionTithes and offerings at Thomas Road Baptist Church are on track to top $11 million for fiscal year 2006-2007, a $3.8 million increase over the previous fiscal year.

The final figures could be closer to $12 million if the growth rate of giving continues through the end of the fiscal year.

"In terms of giving of tithes and offerings, this is the highest giving year we have ever had," said the Rev. Jonathan Falwell, the church's executive pastor. His father, the Rev. Jerry Falwell, is senior pastor.
