Description | A Hong Kong journalist convicted of spying in China has had his appeal rejected by a court in Beijing.
Ching Cheong, a correspondent with Singapore's The Straits Times newspaper, was given a five-year jail term in August.
His family said it was "very sad and shocked" by the Beijing High Court's ruling after a session lasting just 30 minutes. |
