That's all the polls say Libertarian Barry Hess is good for in the race for governor this election season.
Those kinds of odds would sink most people seeking political office.
Not Hess.
Those kinds of numbers make him grin.
Hess is running for governor as a Libertarian, going up against Democratic incumbent Janet Napolitano and outspoken Republican challenger Len Munsil.
Although many pollsters write Hess off as a non-factor, he considers himself Napolitano's and Munsil's peer.
