| Description | U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will visit Nova Scotia next week to mark the fifth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.
Foreign Affairs Minister Peter MacKay said he invited Rice to his home province after their first meeting in April.
"Ms. Rice had indicated in a very personal way that she would like to come to Atlantic Canada and express appreciation and gratitude on behalf of the American people," MacKay told the Canadian Press. |
