Description | Our rankings continue to reflect a shift toward the Democrats, and even more significantly, a shift toward the Democrats in the Northeast. As the Lamont-Lieberman race demonstrated, there is apparently such a thing as an "angry suburbanite," and that could spell big trouble for Republican incumbents in the entire region.
