Description | Prime Minister Stephen Harper was met by a small group of protesters during a visit to a Burnaby day-care centre on Tuesday, his first visit to British Columbia since the federal election in January. The protesters say they're upset about cabinet minister David Emerson's defection from the Liberals to the Conservatives immediately following his election win in the Vancouver-Kingsway riding. |
