Description | COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Gubernatorial hopeful Kenneth Blackwell added another high-powered national Republican, Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, to his corner Monday in the contentious GOP primary.
The president's brother joins a list of GOP heavyweights who have sided with Blackwell, Ohio's secretary of state, over rival Jim Petro, the attorney general. Among them are former U.S. Rep. Jack Kemp, Arizona Sen. John McCain and two other Republican governors, Rick Perry of Texas and Mark Sanford of South Carolina.
