Description | JERUSALEM - The head of Israel's central bank said Monday that Israel still can have economic ties with the Palestinians after Hamas takes over, provided the Islamic militants don't resume attacks.
The bank chief, Stanley Fischer, spoke after Israel's acting prime minister, Ehud Olmert, said he will keep working with Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas while the Palestinians sort out their new government. |
