| Description | This Thanksgiving, as you and yours gather around the table to give thanks, be sure to have a signed copy of the Center for Consumer Freedom's Thanksgiving Guest Liability and Indemnification Agreement nearby, just in case anyone asks for a side of litigation with his or her turkey. It's a sad sign of the times, but with trial lawyers like John Banzhaf and Dick Daynard set to sue the stuffing out of restaurants and food producers (not to mention doctors, school boards, and parents) for supposedly making us fat, you can't be too careful. |
