Description | Economic Development Minister Ernie Fage says he will not go after John Hamm's job.
Fage, MLA for Cumberland North, says he will not to run for the leadership of Nova Scotia's Conservative party because he's not ready to commit to another 10 years of public service.
"When I evaluated it very closely with myself, it was not 100 per cent affirmative that I was prepared to make that commitment. So if you're not prepared to do it I think it's important to back somebody that is," he said.
Fage is backing someone who has not officially entered the race: Tourism Minister Rodney MacDonald. |
