DescriptionU.S. Rep. Mark Kennedy's Senate campaign Web site plans to link viewers to the full text of news articles, a spokeswoman said Wednesday, after the campaign was criticized for selectively editing stories to make Kennedy look better.

But the campaign hadn't yet decided whether it would remove all the partial versions of the stories, spokeswoman Heidi Frederickson said.

The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee criticized Kennedy Tuesday for posting partial versions of articles that omitted unflattering comments about Kennedy and his positions.

Parts of news articles from The Associated Press, the Star Tribune of Minneapolis, and the New York Times were still posted on the campaign Web site Wednesday morning.

Some of the stories had been removed from the "News" section of www.markkennedy06.com on Tuesday evening but could still be found under the "Issues" area by clicking on specific topics such as "Environment" and "Homeland Security." Others could be accessed by clicking on "News" and then clicking on a button to search for articles.
