Description | The Montgomery County Council public safety committee has recommended the full council adopt a law banning public urination and defecation. Current law only bans lewdness or indecent exposure when sex is a factor. The bill makes the act a crime, regardless of whether someone witnesses the peeing or pooping. Penalties range from a $500 to $1,000 fine to six months in jail. |
