Description | " On corruption and the far-reaching influence of political bosses, the three leading candidates for governor expressed distinctly different views Tuesday on how they would handle the issue.
The Courier-Post asked each candidate what he would do if South Jersey Democratic boss George E. Norcross called the governor's office, asking to privately discuss policy.
"I'm not saying I'll never talk to the guy. I'll listen to anybody. But he has no more influence than any other individual that I talk to," said U.S. Sen. Jon Corzine, the Democratic candidate. "I take (former Gov.) Jim Florio's phone calls, too.""
