DescriptionThey admit their website may not make a difference at the polls. But a group of college students is appealing to voters not to elect former mayor Marion Barry to city council. And their message is hitting a nerve with Barry
supporters.

"Our slogan is if you smoke crack, we don't want you back," one student said. And behind that slogan and their website Stop Marion Barry, is four college students from American University who believe the former mayor doesn't deserve to be on the DC city council.

"We have a problem with Marion Barry as well as the apathy of Washington, DC voters because it seems that the fact that Marion Barry is a habitual drug offender really doesn't affect their votes," Mike Inganamort said.

Just weeks before the election, Inganamort and friends are hoping their website, which outlines Barry's run-ins with the law and what they call his most infamous quotes, will convince voters to end Barry's political career.
