| Description | In the November election, former County Commissioner Jimmy Morales went down for the count after a bruising political defeat by Carlos Alvarez in the county mayor's race.
But like a rebounding champ, Morales didn't stay down for long.
Last week, he was selected as chairman of the Miami-Dade Democratic Party. And he plans to use the position to catapult his way into the chairmanship of the Florida Democratic Party when that position becomes vacant in the near future. |
