| Description | A tax on toilet paper is being proposed
in the Florida Legislature.
There's isn't a lot of support.
State Senator Al Lawson is proposing a 2 cent tax on each roll
of toilet paper sold in Florida. He says the tax would raise 30 (m)
million dollars a year. The money would go toward building new sewage systems around the
state, especially in rural areas. |
