| Description | U.S. Rep. Mark Kennedy’s campaign for the U.S. Senate gained momentum today when 26 of the 31 Republican members of the Minnesota Senate endorsed him.
“I’m very pleased for the outpouring of support, and I’m confident that I will be the Republican nominee as well as the senator representing Minnesota in 2007,” Kennedy said at a state Capitol news conference where he was surrounded by state lawmakers.
