| Description | Former Omaha City Councilman Cliff Herd, who has said he is strongly considering running for the office again, has scheduled a press conference for this afternoon.
Herd declined to comment Monday evening, but all indications are that he'll announce his candidacy for the District 6 seat that includes west-central Omaha.
