Republican incumbent, Shirley Horton. While Davis has an advantage when it comes to voter registration, Horton has the support of a popular governor.

"That's why he is strongly endorsing me, and helping me in my campaign, because I am a moderate, like he is a moderate," Horton said of Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.
