| Description | RIP for a grand old lady who served in all three of Michigan's political branches. She added equal rights for women clauses to the Civil Rights Bill in 1964, and pushed for the ERA. She served in Congress from 1955-1975, and as Lt. Governor of Michigan from 1983-1991. |
