President Bush will deliver the eulogy at funeral services for former President Ronald Reagan Friday at Washington's National Cathedral. White House press secretary Scott McClellan said Bush intends to return to Washington sometime Thursday after the conclusion of this year's Group of Eight economic summit. Vice President Dick Cheney will participate in a Reagan-related ceremony on Wednesday, McClellan said. On Wednesday, Reagan's casket will be brought from Andrews Air Force Base to the U.S. Capitol, where it will lay in state.
