| Description | AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. - President Bush (news - web sites) deleted word "crusade" — considered an inflammatory reference by Muslims — on Wednesday as he recalled Gen. Dwight Eisenhower's message to allied troops before the D-Day invasion at Normandy, France, 60 years ago.
In a commencement address to Air Force graduates, Bush noted that he will be in France on Sunday to mark the anniversary of the World War II landing that led to the liberation of Europe.
