Description | In a 4-3 decision, the New Jersey Supreme Court today ruled that the State Constitution does not require voter approval to issue bonds to finance public projects. Justices Deborah Poritz, James Coleman, Jaynee LaVecchia and Barry Albin voted in the majority, while Justices Virginia Long, Peter Verniero and James Zazzali opposed the decision.
