Description | Some of Mayor Street's oldest friends and closest advisers presume he will retire to his North Philadelphia home when his final term ends in 2008, maybe to teach, consult or even practice law again.
But the ever-unpredictable Street may have something else in mind.
"I'd probably be interested in going to Congress," he said in a recent interview. "I'm not ruling it in or out."
The mayor did not talk details.
