| Description | Bexar County completed its recount of paper ballots in the Congressional District 28 race and shows a net gain of three votes for challenger Henry Cuellar, confirming his lead over incumbent Rep. Ciro Rodriguez.
Officials said the recount about three hours with five teams counting and verifying the ballots.
All paper ballots were counted including mail-in, provisional and late military. |
