Source files are here [Link] under the bottom section - Census 2000 County and County Equivalent Areas in ARC/INFO Ungenerate (ASCII) format The file ending in "a.dat" tells you which counties the numbered blocks in the other file belong to. Remove any extra spaces and the block number before putting it into the system. Double return between multiple blocks for the same county.
