Composed of part of the town of Conception Bay South. A mix of rural and urban populations, especially as the town of Conception Bay South grows. The district includes the communities of Foxtrap, Long Pond, Manuels, Kelligrews, Chamberlains and part of Topsail.
Conception Bay South underwent significant changes in the 2007 redistribution; 41 per cent of the district was absorbed into Harbour Main district, while 32 per cent of Topsail district was taken in.
