a Council District and is represented by a Council Member from that district. They
are also represented by two (2) Council Members elected At Large (countywide).
Members are elected for staggered four-year terms.
Councilmembers representing the At-Large seats & Districts 2, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11 & 13
are elected during elections held for the County Executive.
Councilmembers representing the Districts 1, 3, 4, 8, 9 and 12 are elected in the
mid-term County Executive elections.
