Description The Prime Minister is appointed by the President, submitting his name to members of the State Great Hural (Parliament) for approval by majority vote. The Prime Minister subsequently presents his proposed cabinet of ministers for parliamentary review and approval and appoints all 21 governors of Mongolia. The Prime Minister serves for four years, unlimited terms.
