MEETING LOCATION: All meetings will be held at the Parish Government Complex Building, 300 S. 3rd Street, Second Floor, Leesville, Louisiana.
COMMITTEE MEETINGS: Held on the second Monday of each month at 5 p.m. (call meetings and rescheduled meetings will be posted on the bulletin board).
REGULAR MONTHLY MEETINGS: Held the third Monday of each month at 10 a.m. If a holiday should fall on the third Monday of the month, the meeting is generally moved to the third Tuesday (special call meetings and rescheduled meetings will be posted on the bulletin board).
