The Pike County Commission meets every second and fourth Monday at 5:15 PM for a work session, followed by a regular meeting at 6:00 PM. The meetings are located in the main auditorium of the Pike County Courthouse Annex-Pike County Health Department Building at 900 South Franklin Drive, Troy, AL 36081.
