Description

District Courts hear civil cases in any amount, as well as domestic relations, criminal, juvenile, probate, and mental health cases. District court decisions may be appealed to the Colorado Court of Appeals (in some cases directly to the Colorado Supreme Court).

There are 23 District Courts in Colorado, each with  an elected Districted Attorney.  Most districts span more than 1 county, however some districts cover a single county.   In OurCampaigns the larger county District Attorneys are listed under the County, while the multi-county District Attorneys are listed under this Colorado District Courts container.   The matrix below provides guidance.
