The City of Hinckley welcomes you to our community. Hinckley is a quaint full service community conveniently located halfway between the Twin Cities and Duluth. We are a small town with a large sense of community. We welcome opportunities to accommodate new growth, and seek new ideas from residents, businesses, and visitors.
City of Hinckley is a Plan A Statutory city. Council consists of an elected mayor and 4 elected councilmembers. City clerk-administrator is not a voting member of the city council.
Council meets the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm in the Community Room located at 106 1st Street SE, Hinckley, MN 55037
