Guam is an island in the North Pacific Ocean, about three-quarters of the way
from Hawai'i to the Philippines. It is an organized, unincorporated territory of the
US with policy relations between Guam and the US under the jurisdiction of the
Office of Insular Affairs of the US Department of the Interior. It is governed by an
elected Governor and Legislature.
