INFO-------------He was in the general merchantile business in Foreman, a member of St. Barnabas Episcopal Church in Foreman, Ark., where he was a teacher of the men's Sunday school class, delegate to State Diocesan Convention and former Senior Warden, and the Farmers Home Administration Region 8 in Dallas, Texas, where he was chief real property control. He was a Little River County state representative and Speaker of the House Representatives in 1963-65 and instrumental in establishing the Foreman Industrial Development Corporation. He was Chief Agricultural Officer in China for the United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration, taught agriculture to veterans in Foreman, the current president of Southwest Arkansas Planning & Development District and current chairman of Little River County Rural Development Authority.
